Our approach combines flexibility with structured support, as our team offers in-house credentialing and handles all insurance participation and scheduling aspects, relieving you of administrative burdens and allowing you to focus on delivering care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, establishing a nuanced understanding of each client’s needs.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other relevant modalities, to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Regularly communicate assessment outcomes and treatment progress during interdisciplinary team meetings and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with organizational standards.

• Provide ongoing case management, collaborating with community resources and professionals to ensure each client has access to the necessary support and services.

• Ethically and promptly complete all documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, to ensure regulatory compliance and enhance continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding the unique dynamics and needs of each patient segment is crucial for providing effective, tailored therapy that supports long-term mental wellness and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required to ensure you bring valuable insights and skills to our practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
