Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Topform Therapy, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing varying degrees of mental health challenges. Your cultural competence will be critical, as you will support individuals from different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, enhancing your experiential understanding of mental health across contexts.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A completed master’s degree or doctor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential for this position.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, ensuring sensitive and effective interactions with clients from varied backgrounds.
