Work Environment

This role is situated primarily onsite, allowing our therapists to engage directly with patients in their home environments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, diagnosing mobility limitations, pain levels, and overall physical function to create tailored therapy plans.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities aimed at promoting recovery and enhancing life quality.
• Engage in active collaboration with other health professionals such as physicians and occupational therapists to provide integrated care plans that are holistic and patient-centered.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families on home exercise programs and preventative strategies to reduce the risk of re-injury, fostering a sense of ownership in their healing journey.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment interventions adhering to regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient demographic primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As an orthopedic specialist, you will leverage manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve functional mobility and alleviate pain, ensuring that each treatment strategy aligns with the unique therapeutic needs of your patients.

Qualifications

• All applicants must possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid and active New Jersey Physical Therapy License is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective engagement with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of proven clinical experience in outpatient or orthopedic therapy settings is preferred.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) for healthcare professionals.
• Experience with patient-centered care models and holistic treatment plans will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, with additional performance-based bonuses.
