This position offers a fully remote work setting, providing flexibility for professionals to manage their schedules more effectively while still fulfilling their responsibilities to clients. Our clinic is open Monday through Saturday, where you will have the autonomy to design your work schedule based on personal preferences and client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), in alignment with best practices and client objectives.

• Engage in the ongoing communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members through regular documentation updates and participation in patient rounds.

• Perform timely and ethical documentation as per regulatory and departmental standards to maintain the integrity of patient records.

• Provide case management services that include consultation with community resources and professionals ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

• Adapt treatment modalities to address the diverse and unique psychological, social, and educational needs of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.

• Commitment to working anywhere from 10 to 40 hours per week, adapting to the needs of clients and the clinic's operational goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
