Business Development Associate – 400 Calls/Day – Path To 6 Figures (Mount Laurel, NJ | In‐Office)

Compensation

• Base salary: $60,000
• Year 1 realistic: $75,000–$90,000 (base + commission)
• Top performers: $125,000–$150,000+ by Year 2
• Monthly & quarterly performance incentives, uncapped commission

This is a high‐volume outbound calling role .

You will be in our Mount Laurel office from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, making 300–400 calls per day to financial advisors, handling a lot of rejection, and setting qualified meetings for senior consultants.

• Call financial advisors from our targeted lists all day, every day
• Follow proven scripts to start conversations and qualify interest
• Book 2+ qualified appointments per week for senior consultants
• Log every call, note, and outcome in our CRM
• Work as part of a competitive, scoreboard‐driven team
