Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring an accurate understanding of their circumstances.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.

• Provide one-on-one counseling as well as group therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their challenges and foster personal growth.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring the protection of client privacy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) designation in the state of Florida is required.
