This full-time position offers competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, utilizing advanced diagnostic and prognostic tests to assess clients' physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician prescriptions, focusing on enhancing patients' functional independence and rehabilitation outcomes.
• Oversee the work of physical therapy assistants, ensuring the effective execution of treatment protocols and adherence to established care plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities, including manual therapies and physical agents, tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on observed changes in condition, and communicating updates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Fit and adjust assistive devices such as prosthetics and orthotics, ensuring recommendations are in line with patient needs and physician guidelines.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on the safe use of therapy devices and the overall therapeutic process to encourage adherence to treatment.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary case conferences, contributing insights and collaborating on comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, including evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined by Perfect Ratio Therapy Services to sustain high-quality care and operational excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our rehabilitation center predominantly serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. You will work closely with patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for therapeutic intervention. Your approach will prioritize their individual needs, abilities, and goals, thereby fostering an inclusive, supportive environment where every patient feels valued and empowered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida, maintaining good standing.
• Basic and Advanced CPR certification.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt treatment strategies based on evidence-based practice and patient feedback.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with clients, families, and team members.
• A commitment to professional development and staying abreast of advancements in physical therapy practices.

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of experience as a physical therapist in an acute care or home care setting.
• Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of and experience with various physical therapy techniques and modalities, including how to incorporate technology into rehabilitation.
