Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, using both standardized tools and clinical judgment.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress through regular check-ins and revisions of treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Proactive Minds offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to the competitive pay structure, we provide comprehensive support in billing and documentation processes, lowering your administrative burden and allowing you to focus on what you do best—providing excellent care. Our counselors also receive an influx of client recommendations through our established network.
