Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 Part-Time Bookkeeper Location: Middlesex, NJ Job Type: Part-Time Job Summary Local manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions. Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Enter invoices, payments, and financial transactions Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Maintain customer and vendor accounts Handle general ledger entries Assist with month-end bookkeeping Maintain accurate financial records Prepare basic financial reportsPerform other bookkeeping and administrative duties as needed Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Sage accounting software experience required Strong knowledge of AP, AR, and general bookkeeping Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently Manufacturing or small-business experience is a plus Flexible schedule Competitive hourly pay based on experience Find a better understanding of our hiring process for first-time applicants. #J-18808-Ljbffr Delta Personnel Inc
