Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and determine clients' mental health status through clinical interviews and diagnostic tools.

• Create and implement personalized therapy plans that address clients’ specific challenges, incorporating various therapeutic techniques and evidence-based strategies.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring that clients receive the support and resources needed to address issues such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and more.

• Continuously monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, providing clients with effective coping strategies and tools to enhance their mental health.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance abuse disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
