Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, establishing a clear understanding of their needs and concerns.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Maintain regular communication with colleagues about assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress through comprehensive documentation and meetings like patient rounds.

• Provide timely and professional case management for assigned patients, coordinating with medical personnel and community resources to optimize care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
