Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to formulate effective, individualized treatment plans. Deliver one-on-one virtual therapy sessions tailored to the client's unique circumstances, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities. Regularly establish and revise therapeutic goals, ensuring ongoing measurement of client progress and satisfaction during their recovery journey. Provide teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients facing barriers to traditional in-person services. Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, enhancing the integrity of our clinical practice. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices and emerging therapeutic techniques. Qualifications A current and valid license to practice as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Illinois. A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. A strong commitment to empathetic and non-judgmental client care. Effective organizational and time-management abilities to maintain a balanced caseload. Preferred Experience Previous experience delivering teletherapy or virtual counseling services. Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities is a plus, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care. Background working with diverse populations, including varying age groups and cultural backgrounds.
