What You'll Do

• Provide post-procedural care to neurosurgery patients in an inpatient/hospital setting
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families about treatment plans and care
• Collaborate closely with a neurosurgeon and multidisciplinary team
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic medical records
• Assist with patient assessments, follow-up procedures, and daily hospital rounds
• Support the neurosurgery department during coverage period
• Ensure quality care for adult and geriatric patient populations

What You Need

Required:

• Valid license to practice as a Physician Assistant (PA)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hospital setting
• Experience or familiarity with neurosurgical patient care preferred

Preferred:

• Previous experience in inpatient neurosurgery or surgical units
• Strong communication and documentation skills
