Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Foresight Psychotherapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the needs and strengths of children and families.

• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to tailor interventions to each family's unique circumstances.

• Monitoring and documenting outcome progress as a vital member of the intervention team, ensuring that every decision made aligns with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Providing essential emotional support to families, offering guidance and resources that promote child development and well-being.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based strategies and the Natural Learning Environment approach to foster effective learning and developmental milestones.

• Maintaining compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, ensuring the safety and welfare of those we serve.

• Building rapport with children and families to create a trusting environment conducive to growth and learning.

• Delivering information and resources to enhance family capacity in supporting developmental goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing early intervention services for children with disabilities or developmental delays, particularly those aged three years and under. You will work closely with infants, toddlers, and their families, utilizing a strengths-based approach to identify and leverage their existing capacities for growth. This role is instrumental in helping vulnerable populations navigate their challenges while celebrating their successes.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Licensure by the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

While one year of experience in early intervention is mandatory, we encourage candidates with additional experience to apply. Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices is also highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n
