Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at Solace Haven, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your role will be critical in providing a safe, judgment-free space for clients to explore their concerns, and you will utilize your knowledge of cultural competence to tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proficiency with telehealth technology and EHR systems to enhance patient care efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
