Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, demonstrating a solid foundation for your practice.

• An active license to practice as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California, affirming your professional competency and commitment to mental health excellence.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, with additional performance bonuses to motivate and reward your impactful contributions.
