Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health by gathering relevant history and current conditions through video consultations.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, substance use, and eating disorders.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, conducting regular follow-up sessions to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies and therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of individuals and groups.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or support groups, to facilitate holistic client care.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and manage electronic health records (EHR) efficiently for all patient interactions in compliance with organizational and legal guidelines.

• Engage in continuing education and professional development activities to stay informed about advancements in mental health treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a varied clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, major depressive disorders, emotional distress, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution; a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• At least four years of related experience in providing mental health counseling, with a strong background in individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
