The Opportunity Join a high‑performing US sales team at the forefront of building client relationships and driving revenue growth. This role focuses on retaining and expanding existing accounts, with strong cross‑functional collaboration across sales, product and customer success. What You’ll Work On Managing and growing relationships across a book of key enterprise clients Driving account expansion, targeting 135% net retention Demonstrating new platform features and products to clients Attending relevant industry conferences and events Developing pricing strategies to upsell and cross‑sell additional products Engaging senior decision makers to uncover future business opportunities Maintaining accurate CRM records of all client interactions About You 6+ years of account management experience in Capital Markets, B2B Sales or Business Development Strong knowledge of financial markets with a demonstrated ability to build relationships across buy‑side, sell‑side and advisory communities Proven track record managing and growing an enterprise book of business ($1m+) Existing network within the Leveraged Finance community is a strong advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail $150,000 (Double OTE) + Uncapped commission + Equity Hybrid office setup 401(k) with company contribution Private health, dental and vision insurance 25 days PTO + public holidays Work abroad up to 3 months per year 1 month paid sabbatical after 5 years Enhanced parental leave $1,000 AI experimentation budget per employee Professional learning & development budget Our client is an equal opportunities employer and encourages applications from candidates whose experience doesn't perfectly match the job description. #J-18808-Ljbffr
