Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental and emotional status through initial consultations and ongoing assessments.

• Develop tailored treatment plans by analyzing clients' needs, concerns, and goals through collaborative discussions.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions for clients of diverse backgrounds and age groups, focusing on a wide array of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships among partners.
\n
• Monitor and adapt treatment plans regularly based on client progress and evolving needs, ensuring effective care and interventions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and comprehensive case histories, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve serving a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing their unique mental health challenges in a supportive and empathetic manner. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist issued by the appropriate State Board is mandatory.

• Proven experience in delivering psychotherapy for individuals and couples, demonstrating a commitment to evidence-based approaches.

• Skill in effectively completing assessments, treatment plans, and maintaining up-to-date client records.

• Strong writing and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to utilize electronic health record systems proficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
