Everlasting Bonds Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. In this vital role, you will provide critical support to children and families enrolled in our early intervention programs. Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to serve clients from the comfort of your own workspace while collaborating with a committed team of professionals. As a part of our comprehensive detox center facilities, you will engage with fellow social workers and licensed therapists to deliver holistic care tailored to the needs of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to determine each child’s developmental needs.
\n
• Collaborate with families to create and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that reflect the needs and strengths of the child.
\n
• Monitor the outcomes of the strategies employed and make adjustments as necessary in consultation with parents and team members.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide educational support to families that encourages healthy child development.
\n
• Foster trusting relationships with children and families, using effective communication methods tailored to diverse learning styles.
\n
• Implement educational strategies in natural environments, adapting practices and schedules that align with the family’s priorities.
\n
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations pertaining to social work and early intervention practices.
\n
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss children's progress and adjust intervention strategies.
\n
• Serve as an advocate for families navigating the healthcare and social service systems, providing guidance and resources as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on babies and toddlers facing disabilities or developmental delays. You will be instrumental in assisting these young children through strategic interventions aimed at enhancing their physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills during their formative years—those crucial first three years of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the Department of Public Health.
\n
• Minimum of one year of demonstrated experience working with children, particularly in early intervention contexts.
\n
• Proficiency in adapting teaching and intervention methods to suit varied learning styles among children and families.
\n
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple cases.
\n
• Strong communication skills to foster collaboration and trust with clients and colleagues.
\n
• Bilingual abilities are encouraged but not mandatory.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience applying Natural Learning Environment Practices in past roles to support child development efforts.

• History of working collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams aimed at supporting children with varying needs.

• Advanced skills in assessment techniques and family support models.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
