Work Environment\n

This role offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to engage with patients through teletherapy and virtual sessions. While our outpatient office serves as the base for in-person engagements when necessary, the primary mode of therapy will be conducted online. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for new patients, utilizing recognized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform individualized care plans.

• Monitor and assess patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure alignment with therapeutic goals and desired outcomes.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational protocols.

• Collaboratively develop treatment plans with patients and their families that consider cultural diversity and specific needs, anticipating potential barriers and safety concerns.

• Facilitate referrals and coordinate care with other providers, acting as a critical link between patients and additional resources or services.

• Engage in the education and mentorship of students, interns, and new team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

• Participate in clinical peer reviews and provide feedback to colleagues, enhancing overall team performance and supporting professional growth among team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will be diverse, encompassing youth and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. A significant focus will be placed on understanding and addressing the unique cultural and socio-economic contexts of each patient, ensuring that therapeutic approaches are sensitive and inclusive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver mental health care considering developmental stages, cultural backgrounds, and specific patient needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for fostering relationships and collaboration within the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Between six months to a year of clinical experience in mental health settings, preferably with a focus on outpatient therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 120,000 and 140,000 annually.
