Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments using standardized tools and clinical interviews to understand individual needs and challenges, subsequently developing personalized treatment plans tailored to address mental health issues.

• Provide evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Work in multidisciplinary teams alongside psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, ensuring comprehensive mental health support that addresses both physical and mental health concerns.

• Document case notes and client progress in accordance with best practices, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision meetings, workshops, and online training to stay up-to-date with current research and therapeutic interventions.

• Adhere to the ethical standards and legal requirements governing clinical social work practice, ensuring that all interventions are compassionate, respectful, and appropriate for the population served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, which includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
