Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Ridgeview, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, establishing clinical diagnoses, and formulating personalized treatment plans.

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques to address unique client needs.

• Offering crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate support and stabilization.
\n
• Documenting client progress meticulously, maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, discussing treatment progress and client needs during regular case meetings.

• Educating clients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options, while effectively advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through training and workshops to remain current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
