Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to a diverse range of clients via telehealth platforms.

• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing video conferencing tools to evaluate clients’ strengths, challenges, and treatment goals effectively.

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and therapeutic objectives.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and therapy interventions in our electronic health record system.

• Collaborate with a network of interdisciplinary teams and community partners to facilitate coordinated care and referrals, enhancing clients’ overall treatment experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a current and unrestricted state license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Note that we cannot accept limited/provisional licenses or those with disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are essential for building rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems for efficient service delivery.
