Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will support are primarily stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns, carefully screened before being referred to you. This ensures a manageable caseload comprised of individuals aligned with your specialty and demographic preferences, allowing for more effective and focused therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Fully licensed and in good standing to practice independently without supervision as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

• Strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature are essential for establishing rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficiency with computers and various digital communication tools is required, as daily interactions with clients and documentation will be conducted through digital platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

While the required experience is a minimum of 2 years in a mental health counseling role, any additional credentials or specialties in particular therapeutic methodologies or client demographics will be advantageous. Candidates with a background in telehealth practices will also be preferred.

• Salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually based on your work hours and client caseload.
