Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals, actively involving them in the process.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address complex emotional and relational issues.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders and treatment options, promoting understanding and supporting self-care practices.

• Monitor and document client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans proactively to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
