Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care and facilitate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

• Participate in workshops and continuing education to remain well-informed on advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with clients from underserved backgrounds who may have limited access to mental health care. This includes individuals grappling with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, crisis situations, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will provide these individuals with the support they need to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
