Description
NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to oversee our high-volume scratch kitchen in New York. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional guest experiences in the fast-paced restaurant industry.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will lead all aspects of our operations, managing a team dedicated to culinary innovation and high standards of service. Your strategic vision and leadership will drive the success of our restaurant while fostering a positive team environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $125,000 annually, along with a robust benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring standards for quality and service are met.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Implement and monitor operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial planning to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience and address concerns.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to develop innovative menu offerings.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, making adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in a high-volume setting.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including staffing, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in POS and restaurant management software.
