Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and individual needs, ensuring accurate diagnoses and treatment strategies. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and needs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities. Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused approaches tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Deliver virtual therapy sessions using teletherapy techniques, maintaining a professional and empathetic online presence to foster client rapport. Administer crisis intervention services when necessary, equipping clients with immediate support and resources during critical moments. Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending workshops, webinars, and training programs, to ensure knowledge of the latest mental health best practices and industry standards. Patient Population / Client Focus Our patient population consists primarily of adult individuals navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Counselors at EcoMind are empowered to choose the therapeutic practices they believe will be most beneficial for their clients, resulting in tailored treatment methodologies. Qualifications A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia. A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client engagement and collaboration. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple client caseloads. Preferred Experience Experience providing therapy in a virtual setting using telehealth platforms. Knowledge of diverse therapeutic techniques and specialties relevant to adult mental health.
