Regulatory and Compliance Analyst / Staff Pharmacist

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Pharmacy Compliance Analyst to support regulatory compliance and operational efficiency within its pharmacy operations. This role will assist with compliance initiatives, risk analysis, and process improvement to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, health plan requirements, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting organizational and compliance studies to support regulatory requirements.

• Research and develop automated processes to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with health plan policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Support risk analysis activities to help maintain accuracy and quality in pharmacy dispensing operations.

• Assist management in meeting state and federal compliance requirements by helping develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Coordinate and verify the accuracy of logistics, documentation, and diagnostic codes entered into internal systems.

• Help identify opportunities for process improvements and work simplification while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science .

• At least 1 year (12 months) of experience in a similar pharmacy compliance, regulatory, or pharmaceutical role.

• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations and healthcare compliance standards.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a regulated environment.
