Director of Financial Reporting

Assuming primary responsibility for all core accounting functions, the full-time remote Director of Financial Reporting will manage enterprise general ledger accounting, oversee financial reporting and management reporting, and ensure compliance with GAAP standards. Key responsibilities Provide monthly financial reports and analysis of variances from budget to Management and the Board of Directors Coordinate the preparation of the annual business plan, budgets, and financial forecasts while managing audits and liaising with external auditors Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations for profitability and cost efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; Master's degree preferred Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) highly preferred 8+ years of experience in a third-party-administrator operation related to health care 5+ years of leadership experience in developing high-performing accounting teams Demonstrated expertise in GAAP/IFRS compliance and financial reporting standards
