Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments utilizing screening tools and interviews to determine the needs and challenges of children and adolescents.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies involving children and adolescents, ensuring safety and stabilization.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to enhance skills and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves children and adolescents between the ages of 5 and 18, addressing mental health concerns that profoundly affect their daily lives and development. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. A Master's or Doctoral Degree in a relevant discipline is strongly preferred.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

You will receive an annual salary ranging between USD 80,000 and 104,000, based on your experience and expertise, along with performance-based bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
