Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with clients through regular one-on-one sessions via video conferencing and other communication technologies.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders in individuals and develop tailored treatment plans addressing each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities that include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Conduct regular follow-up consultations to assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide continuous support to help clients achieve their mental health goals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to provide integrated care tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Our practice primarily supports individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation package, we provide:
