Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices, helping to create tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support client progress in achieving mental wellness.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring the highest levels of data security and privacy for our clients.

• Collaborate with an integrated treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to devise comprehensive strategies for client care.

• Participate in ongoing training, case consultations, and peer review sessions to continually enhance the standards of care provided.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily interact with clients from diverse backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Your approach will not only consider their individual circumstances but also cultivate resilience and empower them to take active roles in their recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
