Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized assessments and develop individualized therapy strategies, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Provide various therapeutic interventions singly or in groups, drawing on methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, participating in regular supervision and continuing education to refine your skills.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
