Work Environment\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Imperia Counseling, you will work remotely, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work schedule while having a significant impact on our patients' lives. You will be part of an integrated team that collaborates remotely to provide the highest standard of care for individuals dealing with substance use disorders and related challenges.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that they are tailored to meet each family’s unique needs.
\n
• Monitor and measure outcomes as a collaborative team member, assisting families in achieving set goals while providing ongoing evaluation of progress.
\n
• Provide emotional support and resources to families, guiding them in strategies that enhance their child’s overall development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques to foster a supportive learning environment.
\n
• Develop strong rapport with children, families, and colleagues to promote a healthy and nurturing atmosphere.
\n
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulations to ensure effective service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children with developmental delays and disabilities, as well as their families. You will be responsible for addressing their unique needs, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding families through the early intervention process, providing them with the tools they need to support their child’s growth and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• A valid license issued by the Department of Public Health, with LCSW status required.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
