Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC), your essential responsibilities include:

• Supervising post-master's fellows and associate-level clinicians as needed, provided you have completed the supervision course.
\n
• Providing comprehensive support to clients and their families by explaining treatment options, delivering intervention strategies, and enhancing family adherence to treatment.
\n
• Utilizing resources from public and private agencies as well as community organizations to facilitate referrals, ensuring members receive appropriate and timely external support.
\n
• Reporting any safety concerns to mandated agencies to ensure the well-being of our clients.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical treatment programs tailored for clients with various mental health diagnoses. Conducting outpatient psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups allows you to support a diverse client base.

• Instructing clients and their families on adhering to treatment plans and medication regimens, reinforcing compassionate care within the scope of practice.

• Preparing intake summaries and treatment plans while maintaining thorough and confidential records in compliance with state regulations and best practice standards.

• Possibly participating in department on-call rotations to provide continuous care and support to clients.
