Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide education and guidance to clients and their families, addressing mental health issues and promoting effective coping strategies.

• Maintain detailed, accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Therapist will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and their families. Clients may present with a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and trauma-related disorders. The therapist plays a crucial role in building trust and rapport, encouraging clients to engage actively in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience providing mental health counseling services is essential.

• Demonstrated understanding of psychological theories, human development, and treatment methodologies, particularly in relation to individual differences and abnormal behavior.

• Proficiency in utilizing therapeutic techniques and adapting to current trends in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 per year. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
