Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and site personnel throughout all phases of construction. Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards. Coordinate daily site operations to maintain project schedules, productivity targets, and quality expectations. Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure accurate execution of work. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, safety compliance, and project progress. Collaborate closely with project management teams to address challenges, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum. Manage equipment, materials, and workforce resources to support efficient project delivery. Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, project records, and site documentation Qualifications 10+ years of construction experience, including significant steel erection or structural construction expertise. Proven experience leading field operations on large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction safety practices, OSHA regulations, and jobsite risk management. Ability to interpret and work from construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
