Client Special Handling Assistant (Accounting)

$18 - $19 per hour

Brown & Joseph is seeking a Client Billing Handling Assistant as we continue to grow our team!

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing special client remits and billings
Create billings to upload to invoice tracking software/portals for specific clients
Create and maintain accurate client customized remittance records via Excel and/or PDF
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as needed
Working alongside colleagues to respond to client queries in a timely manner
Communicate respectfully and effectively with authority figures and staff
Uphold judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information

Job Requirements:

Strong analytical background and extreme attention to detail
AR and/or AP experience
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, data entry and strong computer skills
Basic Math and Writing skills
SalesForce.com experience a plus
Ability to deescalate adverse situations

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary is $18 - $19 per hour (DOE)
