Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Vitality Restore PT, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical capabilities and limitations.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans that align with each patient's goals and physician directives.
• Administering various treatment modalities and therapeutic interventions, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and education on proper body mechanics.
• Providing skilled therapy sessions in a home setting, applying innovative techniques that reflect the patient's condition and progress.
• Instructing patients, family members, or caregivers on exercises and therapeutic modalities to be performed between therapy sessions.
• Monitoring patient progress regularly, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize healing and recovery.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient interactions and outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participating in regular team meetings and case reviews to discuss challenging cases and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your responsibilities will span a wide variety of patient demographics, treating both pediatric and adult populations with diverse needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of California.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within the first month of employment.

Compensation and Benefits
