Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to create individualized treatment plans for clients. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups to facilitate emotional healing and personal development. \n
- Employ a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to cater to each client’s unique needs. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, addressing all aspects of a client's well-being. \n
- Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and accountability. \n
- Actively engage in professional development opportunities such as continuing education, workshops, and conferences to remain informed about industry trends and advancements in mental health. \n
This position involves working with a wide variety of clients facing challenges such as stress management, work-life balance, substance abuse, trauma, and familial conflicts. - Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee. \n
- A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical or community health setting. \n
- Thorough knowledge of legal requirements and ethical standards governing counseling practices. \n

- Annual salary range of USD 60,000 - 90,000, determined by qualifications and experience. \n
