Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to establish a personalized treatment plan that addresses their specific needs and goals.
• Implement and adjust treatment programs utilizing a variety of evidence-based interventions, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education strategies.
• Promote excellent customer service practices by building rapport with patients and ensuring a positive experience during their therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with the broader healthcare team to maximize patient outcomes by discussing treatment progress and sharing insights based on clinical findings.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on conditions, home exercises, and strategies to maintain progress and prevent re-injury.
• Meet established utilization goals and contribute to clinic operations by documenting patient interactions accurately and timely using our electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Optimal Recovery, you will work with a diverse clientele, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
