Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on best practices.

  Provide evidence-based therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily provide therapy to adults facing varying mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

  An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

  A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy, with substantial exposure to adult populations.

  Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapy practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

  Strong writing skills for proper documentation and case management.

  A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions taken against you by a licensing board in any jurisdiction.

Preferred Experience\n

  Experience in telehealth or online therapy delivery is highly preferred but not mandatory.

  Specialized training in trauma therapy or other specific therapeutic modalities will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with the potential for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
