Executive Chef – Senior Living Community Cleveland, OH Are you a passionate culinary leader who believes every meal should be an exceptional dining experience? We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations for a premier senior living community in Cleveland. Responsibilities Lead all kitchen operations, food production, and culinary team development. Create seasonal, restaurant-quality menus that meet resident preferences and nutritional needs. Manage food and labor costs, purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety. Oversee catering, special events, and community celebrations. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on hospitality and resident satisfaction. Qualifications 5+ years of Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience.

MUST HAVE SENIOR LIVING EXPERIENCE!!!

Background in senior living, healthcare, hotels, country clubs, or upscale/high-volume restaurants. Strong leadership, budgeting, inventory, and food cost management skills. ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
