Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional well-being through interviews, surveys, and reporting tools.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, client goals, and best practices, and adjust these plans as needed to reflect progress.
\n
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and relationship issues.
\n
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, addressing conflict, and enhancing relational satisfaction.
\n
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case history, to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
\n
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care, sharing insights and strategies to resolve complex issues.
\n
• Be prepared to deliver crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients in acute distress.
\n
• Engage in professional development activities, including attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and needs, empowering them through education, support, and resource connection.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will consist of diverse individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. You will work with clients ranging from adolescents dealing with identity and self-esteem issues to couples seeking strategies to repair their relationships. The nature of our community-focused practice means you will encounter a rich variety of cases, enhancing your expertise while making a tangible difference in the lives of others.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist recognized by the State Board.

• At least one year of experience providing individual and/or couples therapy in a clinical setting.

• Strong ability to complete assessments and document treatment plans and progress notes efficiently.
\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proficiency in learning and utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with various age groups, particularly children, adolescents, and adults.

• Background in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques relevant to marriage and family therapy.

• A history of integrating innovative therapy practices into existing treatment frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
