Work Environment\n

This position offers an entirely remote work environment, enabling you to connect with clients through secure video conferencing platforms. Our telehealth model is designed to provide convenience to both providers and clients, ensuring that individuals can access mental health services without geographical barriers. You will work regular hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized telehealth sessions via video chat, fostering a supportive and safe environment for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.

• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic techniques to empower clients in understanding their emotions, behaviors, and patterns, driving their personal growth and development.

• Collaboratively develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health conditions.

• Serve as a client advocate, helping them establish realistic goals and navigate the challenges of their mental health journey.

• Document and track client progress meticulously using our practice management software, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in mental health care.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in mental health practices and telehealth methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work primarily with adults who are experiencing stable and low-acuity mental health issues. This includes individuals facing anxiety, mild depression, relationship issues, and stress management challenges. Your role is pivotal in helping these clients develop the skills necessary to enhance their well-being and achieve meaningful life changes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong computer literacy with experience in telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year , depending on experience and hours worked.
