Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and identify their goals for treatment.

• Craft individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and circumstances of each client, ensuring a tailored approach to therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver evidence-based counseling to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on varying mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma.

• Document and maintain precise and confidential client records, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting adults and adolescents grappling with a variety of mental health issues. Given the remote nature of the position, you will utilize teletherapy tools to facilitate effective communication and engagement with clients, ensuring they feel supported and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a mental health counseling setting, demonstrating familiarity with therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
