Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement and deliver remote care services using evidence-based protocols in an 8-week structured program, focusing on actionable skills and healthy habit formation.

• Monitor and assess participant progress, providing necessary follow-up communications, care coordination recommendations, and thorough documentation of session notes.
\n
• Serve as an integral member of the care team, assisting participants in navigating available resources and ensuring all consent and authorization forms are accurately obtained.
\n
• Identify high-risk encounters and respond adeptly to participants with elevated safety concerns in accordance with established company protocols.
\n
• Participate actively in scheduled supervision meetings, monthly team meetings, and organizational Town Halls to foster open communication and continued professional development.
\n
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA privacy and security standards, ensuring compliance with annual training requirements to protect patient confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, each with their own unique needs and challenges. Our patient population primarily includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns. By employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), you will facilitate significant personal growth and symptom management, empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• Ability and willingness to maintain a consistent clinical schedule for your clients.

• Demonstrated clinical experience, particularly with psychotherapy practices utilizing CBT, DBT, and solution-focused methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, contingent upon full-time commitment and hours worked.

• Weekly direct deposit, ensuring timely receipt of remuneration.
\n
• A monthly healthcare stipend is provided for full-time counselors to assist with health and wellness needs.
