Previous experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine required
35 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced, full-service kitchen
Strong knowledge of scratch Italian cooking techniques
Natural leader who inspires accountability and teamwork
Passionate about food culture and staying current with trends and classics
